Private Personal Training

Whether you are just beginning your fitness journey or you are an experienced athlete, personal training could be right for you!

As your trainer, we will work with you to set goals and create an individualized training program. Workouts will be motivating and efficient.

Ideally, we will meet 2-3 days a week. Make sure to arrive on time so we can make our 45 minutes count!

6 Session Private Personal Training $210

12 Session Private Personal Training $385 (1 Free Session!)

*Extra charges will apply to services such as in home training, creation of additional training programs, etc.*

Small Group Personal Training

Want individualized, focused training with the fun of working out in a group setting? Small Group Personal Training is for you!

This option is for 2-4 people. Sessions are 45 minutes each.

6 Session Small Group Personal Training $132 (per client)

12 Session Small Group Personal Training $242 (per client) (1 Free Session!)
