Married since 2004, Alfonso and Allison have 3 children together and live in Fort Madison.
Alfonso left the Army in 2004. He was an athlete throughout his high school and military careers, but fitness became less of a priority when he began working as a railroad conductor in 2006. After seeing exceptional results using Beachbody DVD programs, Alfonso was asked to join the cast of Beachbody's P90X2 in 2011. He became interested in body building in 2012 and competed for the first time in 2013. Since entering the body building world, Alfonso has been a cast member of Beachbody's Body Beast, The Master's Hammer & Chisel, and numerous Beachbody on Demand workouts. He was the winner of the Beachbody Classic in 2015, 2016, and 2017. He has competed in several natural bodybuilding competitions. He is a NASM Personal Trainer and also teaches P90X Live.
Allison didn't become serious about fitness until 2007, after she had her first child. She had success with Beachbody DVD programs and was featured in the Hip Hop Abs infomercial. Allison is a NASM Personal Trainer, an AFAA Certified Group Fitness Instructor, and certified Insanity Live Instructor.
